Modernisation of Pragersko – Ormož railway line – Project A

Professional supervision over reconstruction of substructure and superstructure of the railway line, catenary and safety signaling (SS) and telecommunication (TC) devices, coordination in health and safety at work and inspection control management was performed for the Ministry of Transport, Agency for the Management of Public Railway Infrastructure Investment.

Reconstruction of the old Sava Bridge in Belgrade

Professional supervision over reconstruction of the old Sava Bridge, reconstruction of the tramway line and tramway grid was performed for the Town of Belgrade – Municipal Administration Board, Republic of Serbia.

Drawing up of General and Particular Technical Conditions for civil works implementation in the area of construction of public railway infrastructure

Tender documents for supply of material and performance of works on superstructure and substructure, safety signaling (SS) and telecommunication (TC) devices were developed for the Ministry of Transport, Agency for the Management of Public Railway Infrastructure Investment.

We repaired the railway line between Poljčane up to kilometer 563+346 and track numbers 1, 2, 3 located at Ponikva railway station along the Zidani Most-Maribor line

For the Public Agency for Rail Transport of Republic of Slovenia, we coordinated the renovation of the bottom and upper structure of the railway tracks, the traffic network, and the signaling and telecommunication systems. All the work was done according to FIDIC standards. Our responsibilities for this project included: financial analysis; ensuring the work was done on time and on budget; quality control of the materials; performance of regular inspections both independent from and jointly with the inspectors from the Republic of Slovenia; monitored the quality of the work during the warranty period.

Renovation of a Business Building located at Letališka 33

Strabag d.o.o leased the first floor (approximately 612m2) of a business building located at Letališki 33 from us. Additionally, they asked us to completely renovate the space. This took approximately 3 months and included the project plan and appropriate documentation, all demolition and the construction of new walls, bathrooms, floors, and ceilings. The electrical, plumbing, heating, and sewage were updated and air conditioning was installed.

Renovation of and completion of the Babnik retail center in Ljubljana

Spar Slovenija d.d. asked us to oversee the renovation and completion of the Babnik retail center located in Ljubljana. We ensured that all the demolition work which included the removal of weight bearing and non-weight bearing supports were replaced with new weight bearing concrete supports. Additionally, we ensured that the construction of a basement and installation of all electrical, plumbing, heating, sewage, and furniture were done to code.

Business-warehouse building Kroj Škofja Loka

We found and acquired the land for the new construction site as well as a buyer for their old business facilities. We aided in the preparation of the project task list and acquired the planning information, project conditions, and permits. We prepared the necessary technical documentation and bid for the new building and acquired the construction license. In co-operation with the investor, we selected the best contractor. We supervised the construction throughout the entire project and prepared and coordinated the safety and health plan for the construction site according to current regulations. At the end of the construction project, we wrote the documentation demonstrating that the structure was built to code and acquired the operating permit.

Construction of the railway Puconci – Hodoš – state border with the Republic of Hungary – investor the Republic of Slovenia, customer Holding Slovenian Railways Ltd.

We represented the investor and his interests throughout the planning, public approval, and construction. We advised our client on how to implement the individual phases of the investment, overcome the technical challenges faced and offered legal counseling. We established the project parameters and supervised the preparation of the technical documentation for the: pre-planning, construction license acquisition, the project implementation, and work summary. In addition, we revised the project documentation as required. Next, we acquired the land for the construction, prepared the bid for the railway construction, and choose the contractor whom we supervised throughout the entire project. Lastly, we organized and prepared the technical check list for the project and acquired the operating permit.
