Our company was founded in 1956 and initially provided investment and engineering services for road construction in the Republic of Slovenia. This remained our main focus until 1963.

After 1963, we expanded our services to the construction and renovation of buildings and railways for various investors including the Slovenian Railways, then the JŽ ZŽTP (Yugoslavian Railways, the Associated Railway Transport Company) Ljubljana. The company is still certified to provide services for the railway industry. In 1966, the company became an independent legal entity.

After 1997, DIS Consulting, Družba za svetovanje, pripravo in izvajanje investicij, d.o.o became a private limited liability company.
